Southern Lights At Greatsky

Rolling Hills, steep climbs, creeks and flat areas make up the ambiance of Great Sky. Great Sky is located in beautiful Cherokee County and covers 932 acres. Roughly one-third, or 270 acres, are reserved for green space, with 30 acres dedicated to resident recreation areas.

Homes are set back from the main road, and the green space is divided equally among seven developments with prices ranging from $210,000 to $490,000. Home styles include traditional and craftsman, ranch and two-story, four and five bedroom homes with three and 4 1/2 baths. Some homes feature the master bedroom on the main floor.

Directions: Travel I-75 North to I-575 North. Exit at Canton/Riverstone Parkway (Exit 20) and turn left. Turn right at the fifth traffic light, Reinhardt College Parkway (Highway 5 Connector). Follow until it dead ends at Highway 140 West & turn right. Great Sky will be ahead on your right. Follow Great Sky Parkway approximately 2 miles. Turn left at the 5th pod which is Pine Sandy Bank Drive.
